Having lost his good friend, Heidi Grosz, to breast cancer eleven years ago, “Buzz” Buczek knows the importance of awareness, early detection, and support to those suffering from this disease. Buzz saw first hand how challenging the emotional, physical, and financial struggles are with battling breast cancer. Through Catz For The Cure, Buzz and his wife, Suzanne, help to lessen these burdens through financial assistance (the C4TC grant program), rides to and from therapy, and with care packages for emotional support. Catz For The Cure is a riding tribute to those loving friends and family members whom we have lost to the fight and whose memory is kept alive through the Ribbon of Life.
